I thought that Sanshouoo kinda looked like a shoe, so inspiration hit me and I took immediate action!
Egh, I have no idea how to categorise this. It's practically a shoe with four legs and a tail made of modelling paste. There are 24 parts made of paste in total, connected with strong thread which I dyed with ink. I painted the shoe with brown acrylic paint so that it wouldn't shine that much. The "shield" of San-shoe-oh was painted with tempera and correction fluid. I made Kankuroo from the leftovers of the modelling paste. The arms are quite hideous because it had already started to dry up when I sarted making them. I supported the arms by sticking matches into the paste. Too bad that the matches started to stick out from his skin when the paste dried completely :P I'm going to take a better picture of Kankuroo once we get a new camera... Our lowsy good-for-nothing old piece of crap for a camera takes horrible pictures, which is why I avoid using it. Kankuroo and Sanshoe-.... Sanshouoo belongs to Kishimoto Masashi. |

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. Each day we will feature 5 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you  the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on.
